Courtesy: American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) Congratulation to King Aquatic Club (KING) coach Alex Nowjack for being named one of the 2025 Top 25 Age Group Coaches of the Year for small teams (less than 199 swimmers) divison. The results were compiled using a dataset provided by USA Swimming’s data scientists of swimmers ages 10-14 with qualifying time standards from the 2024 Long Course season and 2024-25 Short Course season. Congratulations to King Aquatic Club for being named as a 2025 ASCA Top 50 Age Group Team in the Small Team Division. Using the dataset provided by USA Swimming, the rankings were based on percentage of athletes ages 10-14 that met the qualifying AAA & AAAA+ time standards relative to their club size. Read more >>

The American Swimming Coaches Association has announced the 2025 Top 50 Age Group Teams for large, medium and small size teams. Working collaboratively with USA Swimming, which provided the data, ASCA updated the criteria to recognize more teams and more coaches who are doing a great job in age group development.
