KING Named Silver Medal Club For 2024-2025

USA Swimming today announced the 200 clubs that will be recognized as Gold, Silver or Bronze medal clubs in the 2024-2025 Club Excellence Program.
Congratulations King Aquatic Club (KING) swimmers & coaches for for earning Silver Medal status in being named one of the top 100 teams in the United States and one of three teams in Pacific Northwest Swimming (PNS) to make the list.
Now in its 25th year, the Club Excellence program recognizes USA Swimming’s highest-performing clubs in the development of athletes ages 18 years and younger on an annual basis. Eligible athlete pool performances were achieved between September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. Open water eligible performances were taken from the 5-kilometer and 10K swims at the 2024 USA Swimming Open Water National Championships as well as the 5K and 7.5K at the 2024 USA Swimming Open Water Junior National Championships. USA Swimming member clubs earn points based off athlete performance scores.
Each team’s ranking score is based on the FINA Points table, a power point rating system that assigns point values to individual swimming performances based on the Gold, Silver or Bronze time standard. The top 20 clubs earn Gold level ranking and those rated 21-100 are designated as Silver honorees. The next 100 clubs are recognized at the Bronze level.
